Autumn Tag

Carrying on from yesterday’s autumn theme post… 🙂

I saw these questions in Charley’s video here! 🙂

What is your favourite thing about autumn?
ONESIES! I have so many comfy onesies I can’t wait to wear again! 🙂

What book on your shelves remind you of school?
Harry Potter! and also Fangirl – Rainbow Rowell because Cath and Wren are in college and I’m also in college! (well.. sixth form..)

Find a book with something autumn related on the cover.

Hannah’s outfit and the woodchips surrounding the swing feels very autumn-y to me!

Favourite horror/halloween story?

I wouldn’t call it a horror, per se, but The Coldest Girl in Coldtown – Holly Black has a very gothic feel to it and it’s a very cool take on vampires!

What is your favourite horror film?

Folks, let me tell you a thing. I do not do jumpy/scary horror films. I don’t even want to try any jumpy/scary films. I’ve watched Sinister before and that was a dumb movie let me tell you.

HOWEVER.

Tim Burton’s Sweeney Todd is considered a horror film, while I didn’t find it scary, it is gruesome and morbid and it’s fantastic. The musical is also fantastic too btw.

Most anticipated book release of the autumn?

The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau Banks – E. Lockhart. This book publishes in the UK in November, I believe! I loved her book We Were Liars and I can’t wait to check out more of E. Lockhart’s work! 🙂

Most anticipated movie release of the autumn?

HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE?!

The Maze Runner
Gone Girl
The Imitation Game
Mockingjay part 1
Love, Rosie

oh look a top 5! 😛

Show three books you plan to read this season

(This is after I’ve finished reading my currently reading pile!)
