Alder Hey Charity Scarves!

Disclaimer: I’m in no way being sponsored or anything of the kind for this post. Genuinely think it’s a wonderful idea!

Winter is coming and will soon be upon us, folks!

The weather has started getting colder than it has been. I’ve already busted out my big and cosy duvet and my duffle coat will probably make an appearance soon!

Another essential for winter? Scarves!

Fancy doing a good thing for charity this winter?

So, I was moseying around on Twitter earlier in the week where I saw a certain tweet from Lea Michele who I think is fab.

I’m always up for donating for charity. I’ve been needing a new scarf that’s warm and cosy for me to wear. And then I saw in her tweet that Matalan sells them!
And I was like wait hold up.
That’s a UK store.
I can get one of those scarves and do good for charity!
I also like that they have initials on them, it adds a bit of personality to your wardrobe!

Alder Hey Hospital is a massive children’s hospital based in Liverpool that takes care of sick children.
Here is their website for more info!

I got my one today!

Adult ones are £10 and come in a range of colours.
They also have kids ones that are £5!

They can be purchased online here or in your nearest Matalan store!

I also saw on an advert yesterday that Pixie Lott has released a single for the charity too if scarves aren’t your thing!

Thanks for reading! 🙂

  1. Cool I might have to go and get one! 😀

I just raised near £300 for Alder Hey by doing a bike ride with guys from my voluntary work in the summer, well worth it! The new hospital looks really good! (speaking as someone who lives down the road lol)
